Your site is clean and simple, which is good. It appears that you have the cooperation of a quality group of people. A reactionless torque motor can be an interesting, even a fascinating subject for discussion. What I am about however, is how this could work, that is, precisely how and why things function in mechanical ways. You might present some drawings, photographs, explanations and anything you have to lend proof and understanding to your invention.
