ACTUALLY A STATEMENT,,IF LIGHT IS COMPOSED OF PHOTONS,AND IF PHOTONS HAVE MASS,THEN WHAT WE HAVE IS MATTER,EVER SO SMALL, TRAVELING AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT,SOME MIGHT ARGUE THAT A PHOTON IS A WAVE FUNCTION,SO LETS SUBSTITUTE AN ELECTRON TRAVELING AT JUST SUB-LIGHT VELOCITY, EITHER WAY YOU HAVE MATTER TRAVELING AT 99% LIGHT SPEED,IF YOU FORCE IT TO CIRCLE AS IN A GYROSCOPE ,YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DETECT A TORQUE VECTOR MOMENT,,IF SO THEN THIS IS YOUR SOUGHT AFTER INERTIAL DRIVE PROPULSION SYSTEM IN SIMPLICITY.
GYROSCOPE INSIDE A GYROSCOPE BOTH OF EQUAL MASS TRAVELING IN OPPOSITE ROTATION COMMON TO A CENTRAL AXIS ,BOTH WEIGHT AND SPEED ARE ADJUSTED TO CORRESPOND TO FIBBONACE SCALE WILL PRODUCE A RESONANCE WITH THE APPARENT GRAVITATIONAL FEILD AND CAN BE "TUNED" TO REACT WITH AN EQUAL OR "GREATER" FORCE IN ANY DIRECTION OF THE INDUCED VECTOR MOMENTUM. NOW GO BUILD IT |

Light is the fire of an imagination belonging to a God and not a substance. If you had a thousand swimming pools filled with extra bright light there is not a mechanical (not electronics) scale on earth that would weight it. There is almost no mater, only energy. Also light is not a part of an object, but radiation moving from objects. It’s not connected. Isn’t that wild? It is just not a part of anything and although it can be circulated with mirrors it can’t be rotated. No product of centrifuge is possible.
But what a wonderful imagination you two have-- if it only could be. Keep it up!!!
