 I am not that sure how to use Gyroscope for underground Mining but Perhaps It can be Made Clear that While Drilling for OIL or Gas , where we Drill very Deep Holes thro' RIGS in the Range of KiloMeters Gyroscope Based AHRS are used to determine Any Deviation in verticality of the Hole & Take Corrective Action otherwise if Holes Go Cross for such deep holes even for a very small veriation will result in large variation on at the Bottom & probably will hit the Adjoing Drilled Hole & will result in Big Disasater. This AHRS when Dropped vertically Down in the Hole , while drilling will very Accrately Give the Variation in verticality of thr Hole & Help in Correcting. The AHRS are very Accurate Gyroscope Based Systems.
