Subject: gyroscopes
Question: WHAT IS A PRECISSION GYROSCOPE? IS THERE ANY PHYSICAL THING EXISTING WITH THE NAME OF PRECISSION GYROSCOPE? PLZ. TELL ME HOW IT WORKS AND WHAT IT'S OPERATING PRINCIPLE? I HAVE TO CONSIDER IT FROM NAVAL PLATFORM POINT OF VIEW.

 Precession is a force that can be observed with a gyroscope. There is no such thing as a precession gyroscope. All gyroscopes have precessional forces.

Very simply, if a rotational force is applied in the correct way the gyroscope will react to this by rotating in another direction.
