Subject: Can a powered gryoscope prove a rotating earth?
Question: Foucault tried to prove earth rotated with a pendulum but tried a gyroscope later. Problem was it wasn't powered. Do you have a source for a powered gyroscope and can I use it to prove earth rotates? Foucault actually invented the gyroscope, I understand, to demonstrate directly earth rotated-- in a way easier to see than the pendulum. Thanks.
