Explanation of how gyroscope works |

Can you actually explain how a gyroscope works, because the explanation given on the website doesn't make any sense. Also the diagram is very unclear & has poor sense of perspective so that the description of how points A, B, C & D are moving doesn't make any sense either. In short, I was not only none the wiser as to how a gyroscope works, but even more confused than before ! |
