Subject: Resistance to Motion
Question: The frame of a gyroscope is fixedly attached with the gyroscopes axis vertical to a horizontal lever that mechanically allows the gyroscope's frame to be rotated about it's axis (yaw) and to be pitched.

Question: Will there be any force resisting the movement of the lever during pitch changes?
