Subject: Has someone patented a gyroscope?
Question: Hi everybody,

I have recently been asked if someone has patented a gyroscope and I couldn't give him a straight answer.
I work as a product developer and my client is trying to make a similar product to this gyrowinder:

In my understanding something like a gyroscope can not be patented, however this winder has apparently been patented:

Any ideas regarding this?
