None of those is a good answer.

Nutation is form of oscillating precession. The interaction between the gyroscope and a counterweight usually results in nutation. Nutation causes one or more of the axises of the gyroscope to bob up and down (oscillating). The oscillating/nutation is usually dampened by the gyroscope itself and to a lesser extent the gimbal bearings.
