 Hello,

Whatever David. It is a devise designed to allow a gyro freedom to rotate in two plains at the same time. It may rotate forward, or rearward and sideways upwards, or downwards and so is not constrained to any direction of rotation, but its center of mass is always constrained to one place in space.
